Due to the nature of what we make here at RN to Zen, and our products being made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. However, with that said, we will discuss any issue you have with your product and will do everything possible to make it right. Please keep in mind that once an item leaves our location we will provide a tracking number for you whether that through UPS, FedEx or USPS which are the carriers we work with. Once they leave our location we do not have control over them at that time and cannot guarantee when they will be delivered and the condition in which they are delivered. We take every precaution to package each item so that it is safe and will not be damaged during the transport to your home.
