What is Core Power Yoga?
Core Power yoga is a relatively new type

Most Core Power Yoga classes are taught in heated rooms, but the C1 Core Yoga class is unheated and perfect for beginners to try. Instructors tend to use Vinyasa poses and will help you get acquainted with this practice fairly seamlessly.
Other classes include a C2 Core Yoga class which is done in a heated room between 95-98 degrees Fahrenheit. You'll potentially need some experience to fully benefit from the class, but you can also try out a Yoga Sculpt class or a Hot Fusion class. These lessons also take place in a heated room and work on helping to tone the body.

i. Wear Appropriate Clothing:
You will be constantly moving in these classes, so wear something that is not just fitted, but comfortable. As you move thought the different poses/sequences, the last thing you should worry about is what your are wearing, hindering your concentration and maneuvers.

If we've said it once, we've said it a thousand times, get ready to sweat, sweat and sweat some more.
iii. Stay Hydrated
Due to the aerobic nature of Core Power Yoga, make sure to get hydrated prior to your sessions and rehydrate afterwards.
iv. Get Friendly
Many of these classes are JAM PACKED, so make sure your know this in advance. You'll likely have just enough room to get your sequence completed on your yoga mat. Get there early!
vi. Don't Lose That Connectivity
Like any form of yoga, you'll want to still find that mind-body connection, this will not only help bettering your craft, but will target the joints/muscles more appropriate.
